The Slovakian was doubting my decision to order an old Konika 57mm 1.4 (works out to 85mm field of view) to mount on my Sony a5100.

There's adapters for everything, I don't see the problem.

The Sony A's use the Konica/Minolta mount system. So there's nothing to jerry rig :p

The a5100 uses the E mount though.
